Originally, only 7 of these completely sheer keyboards were created, in advance of the perennial Crystal collection, for Higround creators such as iiTzTimmy and Kyedae. However, following an outpouring of support and feedback from fans, these completely clear keyboards now join the Higround repertoire as a purchasable item.

Higround’s Crystal collection reminisces the Clear Craze—an era that promoted transparency in both products and production—and the Crystal Clear iterations emphasize clarity even more so than their predecessors. 

The Clear keyboards features a black and a white model named Clear Obsidian and Clear Opal, respectively. With a glasslike polycarbonate (PC) plastic frame and keycaps, each model features the implementation of a completely sheer plate to further emphasize the internal workings of each board. Further emphasizing the absolute clarity of each piece, each keyboard comes equipped with TTC Silent Glacier switches—a linear silent switch that beautifully reflects RGB lighting across the keyboard for maximum effect.
